Move the machine to level ground.
Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.
Loosen bolts (3) .
Rotate plate (1) on the frame until the center of control group (2) is even with magnet assembly (6) .
Tighten bolts (3) .
Adjust control group (2) so that the gap between control group (2) and magnet assembly (6) on the lift arm is 6.0 2.0 mm (0.24 0.08 inch). Tighten bolts on magnet assembly (6) .Bucket Positioner
Move the machine to level ground.
Place the control lever in the DUMP position and hold the lever in the DUMP position until the tilt cylinder is fully retracted.
Stop the engine.
Place shaft (10) into tube (7) .
Position clamp (4) so that dimension (A) is 268 5 mm (10.6 0.2 inch). Tighten the bolt.
Position clamp (5) so that dimension (C) is 100 5 mm (3.9 0.2 inch). Tighten the bolt.
Position tube (7) so dimension (D) is 60 5 mm (2.4 0.2 inch). Tighten all of bolt (8) .
Position control group (9) so that dimension (B) is 185 5 mm (7.3 0.2 inch). Ensure that the green LED is illuminated. Slide control group (9) forward until the yellow LED is illuminated. Tighten the bolts.
