Use the "Diagnostics" dialog in order to view the firmware versions of the two GPS receivers. Make a note of the most recent version. Upgrade the oldest version in order to match the version of the most recent firmware.ReferenceRefer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, KENR5965, KENR6319, KENR9533, RENR8083, RENR8088, "Sensor Firmware Upgrade" for detailed instructions on how to upgrade the firmware.Firmware for the GPS receiver is available in the "Downloads" section of SIS web. The download is a self-extracting ".zip" file that contains all of the current production firmware for AccuGrade 3D version 10.7 for Motor Graders, Track-Type Tractors, and Excavators.Once the firmware is extracted, the firmware is broken into four main folders that contain sub-folders in order to help clarify the use of the different file types. The files for the MS980 and MS990 receivers will be saved in the "Sensor" folder.
