Ensure ring gear part numbers when servicing 237-8248 Transmission Planetary Gp and 186-2522 Transmission Planetary Gp which are used on the machines listed above.If the transmission planetary group has 362-4283 Ring Gear, replace the existing plates and friction discs in the first speed clutch group with new 7G-0437 Plates and 6Y-5352 Friction Discs .If the transmission planetary group has 6Y-7881 Ring Gear, follow the below options during service.
If 6Y-7881 Ring Gear meets reuse guidelines, service the first speed clutch group with same 7T-3343 Plates and 7T-3456 Friction Discs .
If 6Y-7881 Ring Gear is worn, replace with the new 362-4283 Ring Gear. Use five 7G-0437 Plates and four 6Y-5352 Friction Discs in the first speed clutch group.Note: If 7T-3343 Plates and 7T-3456 Friction Discs are not available, customer must order one 362-4283 Ring Gear, five 7G-0437 Plates, and four 6Y-5352 Friction Discs to update the 237-8248 Transmission Planetary Gp and 186-2522 Transmission Planetary Gp .The service updates to the 237-8248 Transmission Planetary Gp and 186-2522 Transmission Planetary Gp are adaptable to all the machines that are listed above.
