Fully extend the boom cylinder.
Fully retract the heel cylinder.
Raise the stick until the bottom surface of the stick is horizontal from ground level. Refer to Illustration 2.
Measure each cylinder's length from cylinder pin to cylinder pin.
Stop the engine.
Leave the machine in this position for three minutes. Measure each cylinder's length from cylinder pin to cylinder pin for drift.
