Due to the related modifications to the mainframe, the 213-5007 Bolts for the standard bottom guards and 112-3927 Bolts for the heavy-duty bottom guards are NOT adaptable to D6N (S/N: DJA1-545; CBF1-UP; CCG1-UP; ALH1-UP; CBJ1-UP; CCK1-980; CBL1-UP; AKM1-UP; ALR1-UP; CCS1-UP; ALY1-UP; DJY1-689).Use the steps in "Rework Procedure" for any bolts (1) that might be coming loose on D6N (S/N: DJA1-545; CBF1-UP; CCG1-UP; ALH1-UP; CBJ1-UP; CCK1-980; CBL1-UP; AKM1-UP; ALR1-UP; CCS1-UP; ALY1-UP; DJY1-689).The 213-5007 Bolts for the standard bottom guards and 112-3927 Bolts for the heavy-duty bottom guards are effective with D6N (S/N: DJA546-UP; JAH1-UP; CCK981-UP; DJY690-UP).Rework Procedure
Note: If you want to rework the current bottom guard, then use the following procedure.
Clean the bolt threads and the threaded holes in the main frame.
Apply a minimum 25 mm (1 inch) of 185-3996 Thread Lock Compound on the end of the bolt threads.Note: Curing time for the thread lock compound at 25 °C (77 °F) ... 10 minutes to fixture and 24 hours to full
Torque bolts to 530 70 N m (390 50 lb ft).
