Do not damage the tubes on the back of the cab, the hydraulic control console, the hydraulic control levers or the steering column when the cab is installed.
3. Use tooling (B) and a hoist, and carefully lower the cab into position on the machine until the point where the lower half of the cab mount assemblies can still be installed.
For installation of the mount to the cab, lubricate the mount with water or a rubber lubricant that does not have a petroleum base.
4. Put lower half of mount assemblies (3) in position as shown, and lower the cab the rest of the way on to the machine. 5. Put upper half of mount assemblies (6) in position, and install washers (5) and bolts (4). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 875 100 N m (640 80 lb.ft.). 6. Move the steering column toward the instrument panel until lever (7) engages with bracket (9).7. Put bracket (8), the spacer, the roller and the nut in position as a unit, and install two bolts (10) that hold them in place. 8. Install bolts (12) that hold sheet assembly (11) to the cab floor except the bolts that hold tooling (A) in place. Do not tighten the bolts at this time. 9. Remove tooling (A) from the machine, and install the remaining bolts that hold sheet assembly (11) to the cab floor. Tighten all of the bolts at this time.10. Install the floor mat on the cab floor. 11. Put the clip in position that hold hose assembly (14), and install bolt (15) that holds it.12. Put duct (13) in position, and install the two brackets that hold it to the bottom of the cab floor. 13. Put windshield washer reservoir (19) and hose (17) in position as a unit, and install two brackets (18) and the four bolts that hold the reservoir in place.14. On 936 Wheel Loaders, put windshield wiper hose (17) in position through clip (20).15. On 926 Wheel Loaders, put the windshield wiper hose in position through the clip located under the cab toward the right rear.16. Put cap assembly (16) in position, and install the wing nut that holds it in place. 17. Connect hose assembly (21) to elbow (22). 18. On 936 Wheel Loaders only, put clip (23) in position, and install the bolt that holds the clip and hose assembly (24) to the bottom of the cab. 19. Install four bolts (25) that hold support assembly (26) to the support assembly. 20. Put clip (30) in position, and install the bolt that holds wire harness (31) and wire assembly (27) to the bottom of the cab.21. Put clips (28) in position, and install the bolt that holds wire harnesses (32) to the bottom of the cab.22. Put levers (29) in position on the lever groups, and install pins (33) and the cotter pins that hold them in place.23. Install two bolts (35) that hold bracket assembly (34) to bracket assembly (36).
