Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the ejector blade yaw roller. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ejector Blade Yaw Rollers - Remove". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove bolts (1). Note: Note the position of the long bolts and the short bolts.

Place ejector roller (3) in a suitable press and remove shaft (4). Remove spacer (5) and ejector roller (3) from bracket (6).

Remove sleeve (7) from ejector roller (3).

Remove bolts (8) that secure retainer (9) to ejector roller (3). Remove seal (10) from retainer (9). Note the orientation of the seal for assembly purposes.

Support the components of bearing (11) and turn over ejector roller (3). Remove bearing (11) from ejector roller (3). Ensure that the components of bearing (11) do not separate.

Remove seal (12) from ejector roller (3). Note of the orientation of the seal for assembly purposes.
