ADAPTER 1076777 - Caterpillar

1. Disconnect oil lines (1) and (2) from the hydraulic oil cooler. Put plugs in the oil lines to prevent loss of hydraulic oil. 2. Remove the baffle assembly from the left side of the oil cooler.3. Remove the three bolts (4) from each side of the oil cooler. Remove the oil cooler (3). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic oil cooler.4. Put the hydraulic oil cooler (3) in position and install the six bolts that hold the cooler in place.5. Remove the plugs from the two oil lines. Connect oil lines (1) and (2) to the oil cooler.6. Install baffle assembly (5) on the oil cooler.
