Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant to the threads of plugs (7). Install plugs (7) .
Inspect the condition of the gaskets. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.
Install the gaskets and position water outlet manifold (3) on the cylinder head.
Install bolts (8) and the washers.

Install two bolts (6) and the washers.
Install the O-ring seal and coolant temperature sensor (1). Connect the connector for coolant temperature sensor (4) .
Position clip (5). Install bolt (2) and the washer.
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual.End By: Install the water temperature regulator.
