Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (8) and position frame assembly (8). The weight of frame assembly (8) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Use two people in order to position radiator (10) and secure radiator (10). The weight of radiator (10) is approximately 38 kg (83 lb). Support radiator (10) while bolts (9) are installed.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (6) and position frame assembly (6). The weight of frame assembly (6) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install bolts (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (4) and position support assembly (4). The weight of support assembly (4) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Install bolts (5). Install fittings (3) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to collar (1) and position collar (1). The weight of collar (1) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install bolts (2) .End By: Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Remove and Install".
