Single Action Hydraulic Attachment Circuit
Note: For the hydraulic system schematic, refer to "Schematic, Hydraulic System, Single Action".Note: The two pump system can be used with this attachment.The one-way hydraulic flow system is for attachments that require one-way pressurized hydraulic flow. A hydraulic hammer is a good example. The following components are the main components of the one-way hydraulic flow system:

Hydraulic control (1) Cab floorplate (2) Pedal assembly (3) Pilot control valve (A) LOCKED position (B) DOUBLE ACTION position (C) SINGLE ACTION positionThe hydraulic control is bolted to the cab floorplate (1) on the right side of the travel levers/pedals. The hydraulic control consists of pedal assembly (2) and pilot control valve (3) .In order to use the single action hydraulic attachment circuit, the pin must be in the UNLOCKED, SINGLE ACTION position (C). With the pin in this position, the pedal can be depressed forward. However, the attachment is only supplied hydraulic oil when the pedal is depressed forward.If the single action hydraulic attachment circuit is not needed, the pin should be placed in LOCKED position (A). With the pin in the LOCKED position, the operator can use the pedal as a foot rest.Pilot System Operation

The pilot oil causes the stem of the attachment control valve to move. This allows oil to go to the attachment.When pedal (9) is depressed forward the pedal pushes down on rod (10) and seat (11) against the force of spring (13) and spring (15). The stem (19) is moved downward and the stem opens passage (21) to passage (22) .As passage (21) is opened, the pilot oil in passage (22) goes through passage (21) and the drilled passage in stem (19) and out port (23). The pilot oil goes to the main control valve (5) through the port at the bottom of the attachment control valve. The pilot oil moves the control valve stem and the control valve sends pump oil to the attachment.The pilot oil at the top of the control valve stem is forced back to the pilot oil manifold (9) .Port (24) and port (26) are plugged. When pilot oil pressure increases at port (23), oil flows through port (25) and through shuttle valve (7) to port (8) into the main hydraulic pump control. The
