2. Remove four bolts (2). Loosen clamp (1). Remove elbow assembly (3).3. Remove four bolts (6) and washers from the tube assembly.4. Remove six bolts (5). Remove cover assembly (4) and regulators as a unit. 5. Remove two regulators (7) from the cover assembly. 6. Remove two seals (8) from the cover assembly.7. Make sure all of the old gasket on the cover assembly is removed before installation.Install Water Temperature Regulators
1. Install two seals (1) in the cover assembly with tooling (A). 2. Install two regulators (2) in the cover assembly.3. Put a new gasket on the cover assembly. 4. Put cover assembly (3) in position on the water manifold. Install the six bolts that hold it.5. Put a new gasket on the tube assembly. Connect the tube assembly to the front of the cover assembly.6. Put a new gasket on the elbow assembly. Install the elbow assembly. Tighten the clamp on the elbow assembly.7. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
