Install plate (11). Install mount assembly (9) and bolts (10). Install washer (8) and bolt (7) .

Use a Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to relieve tension on the engine.

Install elbow (5) and connect hose (6) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Position cover assembly (3). Connect gas spring (4) .

Position bracket assembly (2) and install bolts (1) .
Fill the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
