Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cab.
Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.
Personal injury can result from hot oil spray and raised work tools.Make sure all the work tools have been lowered, the oil is cool and the pressure has been released from the hydraulic system before removing any components or lines.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

Remove clips (1).
Cut cable straps (3).
Disconnect hose assemblies (2), hose assemblies (4), and hose assemblies (5). Move all disconnected hose assemblies out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (6).
Remove clips (7).
Disconnect hose assembly (8) and hose assemblies (9). Move all disconnected hose assemblies out of the way.

Disconnect hose assembly (12) and hose assemblies (13) from the bottom of the pump stack.

Attach a suitable lifting device to pump stack (14). The weight of pump stack (14) is approximately 82 kg (181 lb).

Remove bolt (15) and the washer.

Remove bolt (16) and the washer. Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove pump stack (14) and the O-ring seal.

Position pump stack (14) onto suitable cribbing. Attach a suitable lifting device to steering piston pump (17). The weight of steering piston pump (17) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove bolts (18) and the washers. Use the suitable lifting device in order to separate steering piston pump (17) from pump stack (14) and remove the O-ring seal. Installation Procedure
Install steering piston pump (17) in the reverse order of removal.
