Quick coupler switch located on the right side control panel.
(8) Quick coupler switchNote: When using the quick coupler to engage a work tool, always verify that the coupler wedges are engaged in the proper position to lock the work tool. Visually inspect the coupler wedge position or manipulate the tool in a manner that will confirm that the tool is locked in place. The quick coupler gives the machine the ability to change work tools without leaving the cab. Press the bottom of the quick coupler switch (8) to engage the coupler pins. To release the coupler pins, the red tab on the bottom of the switch must be pressed to unlock the switch then press the top of the switch to activate the system. The quick coupler valve is located on the left side of the loader frame below the differential lock control valve. The load sense solenoid (1), retract solenoid (2), and extend solenoid (3) are used to engage or disengage the work tool with the quick coupler pins. Two manual valves (6) allow the oil to flow from the quick coupler valve to the quick coupler cylinders (5). The quick coupler cylinders for the quick coupler locking pins are located in the coupler frame.

(7) Check valvesOil for the quick coupler valve is supplied from the implement valve. To extend the quick coupler cylinders, the load sense solenoid (1) is energized by the relay driver module. The extend solenoid (3) is energized by the quick coupler switch (8). Oil flows through the solenoid valves, the manual valves (6), and to the quick coupler cylinders. Oil in the rod end of the cylinders flows through the manual valve and the retract solenoid valve (2) to the hydraulic tank .To retract the quick coupler cylinders, the retract solenoid valve (2) is energized by the quick coupler switch (8). Oil flows through the solenoid valves, the manual valves, and to the quick coupler cylinders. The oil also flows to the pilot port of the pilot operated check valve (7) located on the cylinder. The pressure applied to the check valve will allow the oil in the head end of the cylinder to flow back through the check valve, the manual valve, and the load sense solenoid to the hydraulic tank.ECM
When the quick coupler system is equipped on the machine, the relay driver module and the implement ECM will control the operation of the quick coupler. The relay driver module and the implement ECM will use the three solenoid valves to control the system. The Implement ECM monitors the signal to the extend and retract solenoids which in
