No clearance for person in this area when machine turns. Severe injury or death from crushing could occur.
Note: To connect the steering frame lock, the machine must be in the straight ahead position.The steering frame lock is on the left side of the machine.

Connect steering frame lock (3) when the machine is being lifted and when the machine is being transported. Also connect the steering frame lock if you are performing service work near the articulation joint. Install pin (2) and secure the pin with locking pin (1).

Separate steering frame lock (3) before the machine is operated. Remove locking pin (1) and pin (2). Move the steering frame lock to the rear frame and install pin (2). Secure the pin with locking pin (1).
