Replace the components, if necessary.Note: Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install two grease fittings (6) to the support.

Install ring (5) to the support.

Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (4) to the support. Remove Tooling (A) from the support.

Apply 4C-9505 Gasket Sealant to retainer (2) before installation. Install retainer (2) to the support. Install 12 bolts (3) and the washers that secure retainer (2) to the support.

Install ring (1) to retainer (2) .End By: Install the front trunnion. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Trunnion Support (Oscillating Axle, Front) - Install".
