Group 1 and 2 Machines:
Follow the procedures in KENR7587, Disassembly and Assembly, for converting your rear axle from no-spin to standard:
Oscillation Axle (Rear) ? Remove/Install
Axle Shaft ? Remove and Install
Differential and Bevel Gear ? Remove/Install
Differential and Bevel Gear ? Disassemble/Assemble
Group 1 Machines:
Inspect the frame around the rear axle trunnion mountings. If cracks are found, refer to REHS8438, Special Instruction, "Rear Frame Trunnion Support Weld Repair Procedure", in order to complete the necessary repairs.

If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.
Note: 45.0 hours are allowed to replace the differential.
Note: If cracks are found in the frame up to 83.0 hours are allowed to fully repair the frame.
Note: If the trunnion mountings brackets have been replaced up to $30,000 US dollars can be claimed to provide specialist machining of the trunnion brackets.
