3500 Diesel Commercial and Machine EnginesThe new 9U-7360 Piston Ring Groove Gauge Group is available to check the top ring groove (keystone ring groove) of 3500 Diesel Pistons. Some of the advantages of the new gauge group follow: *Can be used to quickly and accurately determine if the top ring groove is acceptable for reuse.*Eliminates the need for sophisticated measuring equipment.*Significantly reduces inspection time.*Checks single or two piece pistons.*Comes in a protective case with a foam insert.
The new gauge group is easier to use and more accurate in determining whether the top ring groove is worn too much. This gauge group is NOT for use on G3500 Engines. The new 9U-7360 Piston Ring Groove Gauge Group can be used instead of the 1U-6431 Gauge Group.
