start by: a) remove fuel injection valves1. Drain coolant from cooling system.2. Remove glow plugs with tool (A).3. Remove precombustion chambers (1) with tool (B).Install Precombustion Chambers
1. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on threads of the precombustion chamber.2. Put liquid soap on the bore in the head and on the O-ring seal. Put a zinc coated gasket on precombustion chamber.3. Install precombustion chamber in the cylinder head. Tighten chamber to a torque of 150 10 lb.ft. (20.7 1.4 mkg).4. If the opening for the glow plug does not stop in a "Go Range," remove the precombustion chamber, install the correct new gasket, and install the precombustion chamber again. Install green gasket if the opening for the glow plugs stops in "Range 1". Install yellow gasket for "Range 2" and red gasket for "Range 3".5. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on threads of the glow plug and install it into the precombustion chamber. Tighten glow plug to a torque of 120 24 lb.in. (138.4 27.6 cm.kg).6.
