Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Remove bolt (1) and disconnect hose assemblies (2) from hydraulic cylinder (3). Move hydraulic cylinder (3) out of the way.

Remove bolts (4) and guard (5) .

Remove clamps (6) from hose assemblies (7) .

Remove the bolts and cover (8) .

Move hose assemblies (7) out of the way.

Install bolt (1) in bumper assembly (10) and attach a suitable lifting device to bumper (10). Remove bolts (11) and bumper assembly (10). The weight of bumper assembly (10) is approximately 160 kg (353 lb).Installation Procedure

Reposition hose assemblies (7) .

Install cover (9) and the bolts.

Install cover (8) and the bolts.

Install guard (5) and bolts (4) .

Reposition hydraulic cylinder (3) and install bolt (1). Tighten bolt (1) to a torque of 400 50 N m (295 37 lb ft). Connect hose assemblies (2) to hydraulic cylinder (3) .
