( 1 ) This plate is not threaded. An additional nut and a washer is required.Start By:
Remove the jaw from the work tool. Refer to Service Manual, "Combination Jaw, Crusher Jaw, Pulverizer Jaw and Shear Jaw - Remove".
Remove the cutting edges from the jaw. Refer to Service Manual, "Cutting Edge - Remove and Install".
Remove the crusher teeth from the jaw. Refer to Service Manual, "Crusher Tooth - Remove and Install".

Remove the six bolts that secure pin bushing (1) to lower jaw (2) .

Install appropriate lifting chains and a hoist to upper jaw (3). Refer to Table 2 for the weight of the jaw. Use a hammer and a brass drift in order to remove pin bushing (1) .

Lift upper jaw (3) from lower jaw (2). Remove shims (4) from the jaws.

Use Tooling (A) to remove two bushings (5) and spacer (6) from upper jaw (3) .
