B 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (22) . The weight of turbocharger (22) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Position turbocharger (22) .
Apply Tooling (A) to new nuts (23) . Install new nuts (23) . Tighten nuts (23) to a torque of 55 5 N m (40 3 lb ft).
Position cover (25) and the gasket (not shown) into place. Install bolts (24) and hand tighten the bolts. Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 25 6 N m (18 4 lb ft). Tighten bolts (24) to a final torque of 47 9 N m (35 6 lb ft). Repeat this Step for all remaining covers.

Install hose assembly (21) .

Position tube assembly (18) and the gasket (not shown). Install bolts (18a) and hand tighten the bolts. Tighten bolts (18a) to a torque of 25 6 N m (18 4 lb ft). Tighten bolts (18a) to a final torque of 47 9 N m (35 6 lb ft).
Connect hose assembly (20) . Connect tube assembly (19) .

Apply Tooling (B) to pipe assembly (15) . Position pipe assembly (15) . Install clamp (16) . Apply Tooling (A) to nut (17) . Tighten nut (17) . Tighten nut (17) to a torque of 7.5 1 N m (66 8 lb in). Install new clamp assembly (14) . Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (13) . Install bolts (13) .
