1. Lift the front of the machine until the front tires are off of the ground. Install Tooling (A) under the front axle.2. Fasten lifting slings and a hoist to the front tire as shown. Remove bolts (2) and the washers. Remove tire and rim (1) from the spindle hub. The weight of the tire and rim is 318 Kg (700 lb).3. Repeat Step 2 to remove the remaining front tire and rim.Install Front Tires & Rims
Mating surfaces between the spindle hub and the rim must be clean for proper assembly.1. Fasten a lifting device and a hoist to front tire and rim (1). The weight of the tire and rim is 318 Kg (700 lb). Position the rim to the spindle hub and install ten nuts (2) and the washers. Ten bolts (2) must be tightened to a torque of 1450 150 N m (1073 66 lb ft).2. Repeat Step 1 to install the remaining tire and rim.3. Raise the machine off of Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A). Lower the machine to the ground.
