Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).
Remove four nuts (4) and remove guard assembly (3).

Remove two bolts (5) from vibration damper (6). Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to vibration damper (6). The weight of vibration damper (6) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).
Use Tooling (B) in order to apply equal tension to the suitable lifting device.
Remove bolts (7) in order to remove vibration damper (6). Remove the adapter from the engine. Installation Procedure

Install vibration damper (6) in the reverse order of removal.
