Remove the push arms and blade for the front cleaner bars.
Remove the ladder and walkway for the rear cleaner bars. Front Cleaner Bars

Attach a suitable lifting device to cleaner bar assembly (1). The weight of cleaner bar assembly (1) is approximately 616 kg (1360 lb).
Remove nuts (2), the washers, and the bolts. Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove cleaner bar assembly (1). Place cleaner bar assembly (1) onto suitable cribbing.

Remove nuts (4), the washers, and the bolts. Remove cleaner bar (3) from cleaner bar assembly (1). Repeat this step for the remaining cleaner bars (3).

Attach a suitable lifting device to cleaner bar assembly (5). The weight of cleaner bar assembly (5) is approximately 828 kg (1825 lb).

Remove nuts (6), the washers, and the bolts. Use the suitable lifting device in order to lower cleaner bar assembly (5). Place cleaner bar assembly (5) onto suitable cribbing.

Remove nuts (7), the washers, and the bolts. Remove cleaner bar (8) from cleaner bar assembly (5). Repeat this step for the remaining cleaner bars (8). Rear Cleaner Bars

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cleaner bar assembly (9). The weight of cleaner bar assembly (9) is approximately 622 kg (1370 lb).

Remove bolts (10) and the washers. Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to lower cleaner bar assembly (9) from the machine. Place cleaner bar (9) onto suitable cribbing.

Remove nuts (11), the washers, and the bolts. Remove cleaner bar (12) from cleaner bar assembly (9). Repeat this step for the remaining cleaner bars (12). Installation Procedure
Install cleaner bars (12), (8), and (3) in the reverse order of removal. Note: There must be a clearance of 12 - 25 mm (0.47 - 0.98 inch) between the tips of the cleaner bars and the wheel.
