2     1     9N-2038 Turbine Clamp As     Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp assemblies for the turbocharger:
1. Tighten to
18.1 N m (160.2 lb in).
2. Loosen to
5.6 N m (49.6 lb in).
3. Again, tighten to
13.5 1.0 N m (119.5 8.9 lb in).    
3     4     2N-2766 Locknut     Before assembly, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads and the bearing surface of the full nuts that are used to mount the turbocharger.
Torque to
55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).    
-     -     -     Opening pressure of the wastegate at
1.00 mm (0.039 inch) lift is
213.7 3.5 kPa (31.0 0.5 psi).
