4121     Cool temp shutdown     The coolant temperature has reached the trip point where the control panel has shut down the engine. Refer to Troubleshooting, "Coolant Temperature Is High" to investigate the cause of the high coolant temperature.    
4251     Oil press shutdown     The engine oil pressure has dropped to the trip point where the control panel has shut down the engine. Refer to Troubleshooting, "Oil Pressure Is Low" to investigate the cause of the low engine oil pressure.    
4371     WB Low oil pres     There is an open circuit between the MCS oil pressure sensor and the MCS control panel. Refer to the Electrical Schematic and investigate the wiring.    
4521     Overspeed 2     The MCS speed sensor has detected an engine overspeed. Refer to diagnostic code 190-0 in Troubleshooting, "Diagnostic Trouble Codes".    
4551     MPU Wire break     There is an open circuit between the MCS speed sensor and the MCS control panel. Refer to the Electrical Schematic and investigate the wiring.    
4591     Underspeed 1     The MCS speed sensor has detected an engine underspeed. Refer to Troubleshooting, "Engine Top Speed Is Not Obtained" for further information.
