2 2 110-2446 Adapter Torque to 70 7 N m (52 5 lb ft).
3 2 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
4 90 7X-2585 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts:
1. Torque to 1400 175 N m (1033 129 lb ft) in an alternating sequence.
2. Then turn each bolt by an additional 120 10 degrees in an alternating sequence.
3. The bolts should not be reused after the bolts have been tightened to the recommended torque.
5 1 9M-5892 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
6 1 6V-3298 Magnetic Plug Torque to 210 20 N m (155 15 lb ft).
7 1 2S-4078 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
8 1 173-0562 Drain Assembly Torque to 230 15 N m (170 11 lb ft).
Tighten the plug to 80 7 N m (59 5 lb ft).
A pipe with a 1 inch diameter is needed to activate the valve for draining.
9 1 6V-7660 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
10 3 164-4180 Plug As Before assembly, lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Torque to 210 20 N m (155 15 lb ft).
