The Multiple Module System (MMS) consists of the following items:
The Input/Output Cabinet
The System Cabinet
The Cabinet for the Multiple Module Unit (MMU)Note: The Multiple Module System may have a total of 4 Multiple Module Units.Positioning of the cabinets will start with the Input/Output (I/O) cabinet. The System Cabinet will be positioned to the right of the Input/Output Cabinet. The MMU Cabinets will be positioned to the right of the System Cabinet. This cabinet is designated "MMU-1". The MMU that is positioned to the right of "MMU-1" will be "MMU-2". All additional Multiple Module Units will follow this pattern.

The Location of the Serial Number for the System

Serial Number Location The serial number for the system can be located on a label in the bottom left hand corner inside the system cabinet. The serial number plate will have the number for the sales model and the serial number on the plate. The serial number will start with a three-position alpha prefix. The serial number will end with a number with five digits. Refer to Table 1 for the following information: Model Number, Serial Number Prefix and the number of cabinets in the system.
