Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.
Open the left access door.

Remove the plug from hydraulic oil drain valve (1).
Connect the drain hose that is supplied in the machine toolbox, to hydraulic oil drain valve (1).
Open hydraulic oil drain valve (1). Drain the oil into a suitable container.
Close the hydraulic oil drain valve (1). Remove and clean the drain hose and install the plug.
Remove the access cover that is located over the hydraulic tank.

Remove bolts (2) and remove hydraulic tank cover (3).
Clean and inspect the hydraulic tank cover gasket (4) for damages, replace if necessary.
Replace the internal suction filter (5).
Replace the hydraulic oil tank filter. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Filter - Replace" for more information.
Refill the hydraulic tank with new oil from the hole in the top of the tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the correct fluid selection and the proper amount of oil to be added.
Install the hydraulic tank cover (3) with gasket (4). Install bolts (2).
Start the engine and check for leaks.
Check the hydraulic oil level. Note: The oil must be free of bubbles. If bubbles are present in the oil, air is entering the hydraulic system. Inspect the suction line for leaks.
Install the access cover over the hydraulic tank.
Close the left access door.
