Remove extendable stick (14). Pad (20) will remain with the stick.

Lower the temperature of bearings (21) and (22). Use Tooling (C) in order to install bearings (21) and (22).

Install pin (11) that held the head end of the bucket cylinder. Install retaining ring (12) that holds pin (11) into position. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to extendable stick (14). The weight of extendable stick (14) is approximately 340 kg (750 lb). Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to install extendable stick (14). Pad (20) was left on the stick during the removal of the extendable stick. Tighten bolts (13).

Install bolts (19) to the top of the extendable stick.

Install pad assembly (15) (not shown) and block assembly (16). Install bolts (17) and (18).

Extend extendable stick cylinder (8). Position suitable cribbing (9) and install pin (10). Remove suitable cribbing (9).

Install cover (6) and bolts (7).

Place bracket (4) and hose assemblies (3) into position. Install bolts (5).

Install the bucket cylinder.
Install the bucket linkage.
