Information:

2. Remove air cleaner-to-turbocharger air inlet hose (2). Disconnect glow plug wire (1) and throttle linkage (6).3. Remove wiring box cover (3) and disconnect wiring. Remove wiring harness retaining nut and pull wires through hole in bracket.4. Disconnect oil pressure sensing line (5) and starter wiring (4).5. Disconnect fuel inlet line, fuel return line and fuel pressure sensing line. 6. Disconnect water temperature sensing line (7).7. Remove air compressor-to-air tank line (8) and air compressor governor-to-air tank line (9). Remove crankcase oil drain hose clamp retaining bolt. 8. Disconnect steering pump-to-steering valve oil line (13).9. Disconnect oil lines (12) and (14) from hydraulic oil pump.10. Disconnect torque converter oil cooler-to-transmission oil lines (10).11. Disconnect torque converter oil temperature sensing unit (11). 12. Disconnect oil suction lines from steering and hydraulic pumps.13. Remove engine front support mounting bolts. Attach a hoist and raise engine approximately 2 in. (3,08 cm). Install a block of wood between differential support and transmission as shown in photo. This will support transmission after engine is removed.14. Remove transmission - to - engine retaining bolts. Remove engine-weight 2500 lbs. (1133,98 kg).Install Engine
1. Install a new O-ring seal on the transmission. Attach a hoist and position engine in machine. It may be necessary to rotate crankshaft to align flywheel gear with torque converter drive gear. 2. Install transmission-to-flywheel housing mounting bolts (1). Remove blocks supporting transmission and lower the engine. Install front support mounting bolts (3). 3. Connect oil suction line (2) to steering pump and suction line to hydraulic pump.4. Connect torque converter oil temperature sensing unit.5. Connect torque converter oil cooler-to-transmission oil lines.6. Connect hydraulic oil pump-to-hydraulic tank oil lines.7. Connect steering pump-to-steering valve oil lines.8. Install crankcase oil drain hose clamp retaining bolt. Install air compressor governor-to-air tank line and air compressor-to-air tank line.9. Connect water temperature sensing line. 10. Connect fuel inlet line (6), fuel return line (5) and fuel pressure sensing line (4).11. Connect all starter wiring and oil pressure sensing line.12. Position wiring harness on bracket and install retaining nut. Connect wiring and install wiring box cover.13. Connect glow plug wire and throttle linkage. Install air cleaner-to-turbocharger air inlet hose.14. Fill transmission to specified level.concluding step: a) install radiator and guard assembly
