Rework Procedure

Group 1 - Gosselies 980H Standard machine
Group 2 - Gosselies 972/66H Standard machine
Group 3 - Gosselies 950/62H Standard machine
Case 1: Only pin and/or bearing wear.
1. Replace two current non cross-drill pin assemblies (front right and left) with two new cross-drill pin assemblies and two adapters/fittings on the loader frame.
2. Replace two current bearings and four current rings (front right and left) with two new aligning bearings and four retaining rings.
Case 2: Rod eye and/or steering brackets are damaged.
1. Remove two current steering cylinders and two pins (front right and left).
2. Re-bore the steering bracket of the loader and engine frame. Weld up the bore and re-machine the bore.
