Remove existing bolts and washers and use the following hardware in order to install the 204-7807 Bracket (4) onto the rear of the rear axle housing:
Two 5P-8248 Hard Washers (12)
Two 6V-3532 Bolts (15)
Install the 155-8998 Temperature Switch (AXLE OIL COOLER) (3) and a 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal (9) into the rear of the rear axle housing. Tighten the switch to 22 2 N m (16.23 1.48 lb ft).
Connect the 205-3599 Harness (6) to the 155-8998 Temperature Switch (Axle Oil Cooler) (3) .
Use the following hardware in order to secure the 205-3599 Harness (6) onto the 204-7807 Bracket (4) :
One 130-5300 Clip (8)
One 5P-9299 Clip (13)
Two 8T-4121 Hard Washer (16)
Two 8T-4137 Bolts (19)
Use the following hardware in order to install the 205-3596 Guard (5) :
Three 8T-4121 Hard Washers (16)
One 8T-4136 Bolt (18)
Two 8T-4195 Bolts (20)
Route the 205-3599 Harness (6) over the top of the rear axle. Refer to Section "D-D" in Illustration 28.
Use the following hardware in order to secure the 205-3599 Harness (6) at Section "D-D":
One 4D-9517 Clip (10)
One 5P-9299 Clip (13)
Two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (16)
One 8T-4133 Nut (17)
One 8T-4136 Bolt (18)
Disconnect the existing temperature sensor and connect the 205-3599 Harness (6) in place of the temperature sensor.
Use a 3S-2093 Cable Strap (1) to secure the lead of the existing temperature sensor to the 205-3599 Harness (6) .
Use a 5K-3294 Clip (11) in order to secure the 205-3599 Harness (6) .Installation of the crankcase guard gp

Attach the 207-6133 Insulation (2) onto the 206-2758 Crankcase Guard Gp (1) .
Use the following hardware in order to install the 206-2758 Crankcase Guard Gp (1) :
Four 8C-8723 Bolts (3)
Four 9X-8258 Washers (4) Installation of the lines guard gp

Remove the two existing bolts and washers and use the following hardware in order to install two 205-1632 Brackets (2) :
Two 160-7183 Washers (1)
Two 5P-8248 Hard Washers (4)
Two 6V-5845 Bolts (5) Note: Tighten the two 6V-5845 Bolts (5) to 230 40 N m (169.64 29.50 lb ft) plus an additional 120° 10°.
Use the following hardware in order to install the 205-1633 Guard (3) :
Four 8T-4139 Bolts (6)
Four 8T-4223 Hard Washers (7)
