Remove the front grill from the machine.

(A) 6 mm (0.24 inch) (B) 10 mm (0.4 inch) (C) 9 mm (0.35 inch)
Use the dimensions that are given in Illustration 1 in order to locate the centers of holes (2) in nameplate (1). Drill the holes to a diameter of 4.5 mm (0.18 inch) through the nameplate and the attached grill. Spot face the holes to a diameter of 10 0.5 mm (0.4 0.02 inch).

Install hex socket screws (3), washers (4) and locknuts (5) in order to secure nameplate (1) to the grill.
Reinstall the grill onto the machine.
