Disconnect the hose assembly (1) where shown in Illustration 2 and disconnect bulk hose (8) .
Remove the bracket assemblies (5), tube assembly (4), plug assembly (6), and mounting hardware indicated in Illustration 2.
Remove plug assembly (6). Refer to Illustration 2

Note: A long extension and socket wrench (A), attached to a driver, and placed behind the exhaust flex pipe can aid in the removal and installation of the bulkhead nut (3). Refer to Illustration 3.
Disconnect the bulkhead nut (3) from the adapter tee assembly (2). Refer to Illustration 2Note: Leave the other two lines connected to the adapter tee assembly (2)

Install the stud-bolts (15), spacers (16), and secure the bracket (14) using the nuts (17), and washers (11). Refer to Illustrations 5 and 6

Secure the adapter tee (2) to bracket (14) with the nut-bulkhead (3) .
Reattach hose assembly (1) including a new o-ring seal (18) .
Subassemble connector (27) with o-ring (28) and elbow adapter (31) with o-ring (32) into adapter tee (29).Note: Elbow adapter (31) should be oriented approximately 10 to 20 degrees counter-clockwise above horizontal.
Install adapter tee (29) and o-ring (30) into the thermostat housing.
Connect tube assembly (26) to adapter tee (2) and connector (27) using o-rings (18) .
Install bracket assembly (21), securing the bracket where shown, using nut (19) and washer (20) .
Install the clip (23), clip (24), with grommet (25) and secure the clips where shown with bolt (22) and washer (11) .
