Release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are removed or disconnected.
2. Put caps or plugs in all oil line openings to prevent any oil loss. 3. Disconnect hose assembly (3) from the fitting. 4. Disconnect hose assemblies (5) from tube assemblies (7).5. Remove bolts (4) and clamps (6) that hold tube assemblies (7) to the frame. 6. Remove bolts (8) and clamp (9) that hold the tube assemblies to the frame. 7. Disconnect tube assemblies (10) from the hydraulic control valve with tooling (A). 8. Remove nut (11) that holds the clips and fuel lines to the frame.9. Remove fitting (12) from the valve. 10. Disconnect tube assemblies (13) and (14) from the control valve.11. Remove bolt (15) and the nut that holds the block in place. Move the block and tube assemblies away from the control valve as a unit. 12. Remove fittings (16) from the control valve. 13. Remove tube assembly (17) from the control valve and check valve. 14. Remove bolts (19) and cover (18) from the trunnion. 15. Remove bolt (20) and clamp (21) that holds the tube assemblies to the trunnion. 16. Remove bolt (23) and clamp (22) that holds the tube assemblies to the inside frame. 17. Disconnect tube assembly (24) from the fitting. 18. Disconnect tube assembly (27) from fitting (26).19. Remove fitting (26) from the control valve.20. Disconnect hose assembly (25) from the control valve. 21. Fasten a hoist to hydraulic control valve (28).22. Remove bolts (29) and (30) and remove hydraulic control valve (28). The weight of the control valve is 30 kg (66 lb.).Install Hydraulic Control Valve
1. Fasten a hoist to hydraulic control valve (1).2. Put the hydraulic control valve in position on the machine and install the bolts that hold it. 3. Install fitting (2) on the control valve.4. Connect tube assembly (3) to fitting (2).5. Connect hose assembly (4) to the control valve. 6. Connect tube assembly (5) to the bottom of fitting (2). 7. Install clamp (6) that holds tube assemblies (7) to the side of the frame. 8. Install clamp (8) that holds the tube assemblies to the trunnion. 9. Install cover (9) on the trunnion. 10. Install two fittings (11) to the control valve.11. Install nut (10) that holds the clips and fuel lines to the frame. 12. Connect tube assemblies (12) and block (13) to the control valve as a unit.13. Use a bolt and washer to hold block (13) on the machine. 14. Install tube assembly (14) on the check valve and control valve. 15. Install fitting (15) on the control valve. 16. Connect hose assembly (16) to the fitting. 17. Connect tube assemblies (17) to the control valve with tooling (A). 18. Connect hose assemblies (18) to tube assemblies (19).19. Install clamps (20) that hold tube assemblies
