Install seal (7), the plate and the six rivets on both sides of radiator (16) .
Install seal (4) and the twelve rivets on radiator (16) .
Install shroud (17) on radiator (16) and install the eight bolts.
Install fan guard (13), fan motor (14) and the fan on shroud (17) and install six bolts (15) .
Install four bolts (12) that fasten air cooler (3) and hydraulic oil cooler (5) together.
Use lifting straps and a hoist to position air cooler (3) and hydraulic oil cooler (5) on radiator (16). Install four bolts (10) .Note: Maintain a clearance of 3.18 to 5.18 mm (0.125 to 0.205 inch) between hydraulic oil cooler (5) and radiator (16) .
Install bracket (9) and the three bolts on both sides of the radiator.
Install seal (8) on both sides of the radiator. Install seal (11) on the bottom of the radiator.
Install bracket (6) and the four bolts on both sides of the radiator.

Install hose (2) on the air cooler and tighten the hose clamp.
Install hose (1) on the radiator and tighten the hose clamp.End By: Install the radiator, the air cooler and the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator, Air Cooler, and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install".
