Use a suitable lifting device in order to position cooling system package (23) on the machine. The weight of cooling system package (23) is approximately 397 kg (875 lb).

Install mounting bolts (25) on both sides.

Connect hose (24) to the bottom of the radiator.

Install clip (22) .

Install tube assembly (19) and clamp (21). Tighten clamp (21) to a torque of 22 3 N m (16 2 lb ft).
Connect harness assembly (20) .

Install cover (17). Connect valve assembly (18) to cover (17) .

Install clip (16) .

Position brace (14) and install bolts (13) and (15) .

Reposition hose (11). Connect hose (11) .

Reposition hose (9). Connect hoses (9) and (10) .

Connect hose assemblies (8), (7), and (6) to fan motor (5). Tighten hose assemblies (8) and (6) to a torque of 76 4 N m (56 3 lb ft). Tighten hose assemblies (7) to a torque of 108 10 N m (80 7 lb ft).

Install bracket (3) and bolts (4) .
Install tube assembly (1) and clamp (2). Tighten clamp (2) to a torque of 22 3 N m (16 2 lb ft).
Fill the engine with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Fill the system with hydraulic fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".End By: Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Install".
