1. Start the engine. Lift the blade off the ground. Move the centershift to the farthest position to the right. Put tooling (A) in position under the circle as shown. Lower the circle on to tooling (A). Shut off the engine. 2. Disconnect four hoses (1) from swivel joint (2). Remove the cotter pin and the washer from pin (4). Remove the pin from guide assembly (3) and swivel joint (2).3. Remove six shoes (5) and their respective shims from under the circle drawbar. Weight of the four bolt shoes is 45 lb. (20 kg). Weight of three bolt shoes is 38 lb. (17 kg).4. Start the engine. Lift the drawbar enough to remove the weight of the circle drawbar from the circle. Move the machine in a "REVERSE" direction to move the pinion of the circle drive away from the ring gear of the circle.5. Lift the circle drawbar away from the circle. Put blocks between the circle drawbar and the circle. Lower the circle drawbar on to the blocks. 6. Remove caps (8) and the inserts from blade lift cylinders (7) and centershift cylinder (6). Move the cylinder rods into the cylinders. Put the inserts, caps (8) and the bolts on the cylinders. 7. Remove oil lines (9) from the blocks on the circle drawbar. Remove bolts (10) that hold cap (11) to the frame. 8. Fasten a hoist to circle drawbar (12). Lift the circle drawbar and remove it from the frame. Weight is 2040 lb. (925 kg).Install Circle Drawbar
1. Fasten a hoist to circle drawbar (1). Put it in position in the frame. Install the bolts and the lockwashers that hold cap (3) to the frame. Install cap (3) and the adapter with drain groove (slot) down.2. Connect eight oil lines (2) to their correct locations on the junction blocks.3. Put blocks on the circle. Lower the circle drawbar on to the blocks. Remove the hoist. 4. Start the engine. Remove the bolts, caps and inserts from the cylinders. Put the cylinders in position on the ballstuds. Install the inserts, caps (4) and the bolts in the cylinders.5. Lift the circle drawbar and remove the blocks. Lower the circle drawbar over the circle. Do not put the weight of the circle drawbar on the circle. Move the machine forward until the pinion of the circle drive is engaged in the ring gear of the circle. Lower the circle drawbar on to the circle. Shut off the engine. 6. Put the two front shoes and two rear shoes (7) and their respective shims in position under the circle drawbar. Install but do not tighten the bolts that hold them. Make an adjustment of the front and rear shoes with the following procedure: a) Tighten setscrews (5) until the shoes are against the inside of the circle.b) Loosen setscrews (5) until the circle is just free to turn.c) Tighten nuts (6).7. Install the two side shoes. Tighten the bolts on all the shoes.8. Put the
