1. Install pump onto test bench using recommended tooling in Chart A.2. Connect pump output hose (2) to test bench. The test circuit must have the ability to measure flow and load from the pump of 28000 kPa (4100 psi).3. Connect suction hose (1) to the pump and allow the air to purge from the hose and pump case.4. Connect a signal line from test bench to power assist port (5). This must be a signal that is controllable from 0 to 3500 kPa (0 to 500 psi).5. Prime the pump case with test oil. Connect case drain (3) to a flowmeter or route it to an observable location.6. Connect electronic proportional valve (4) to a power supply using mini-clips or modifying a 121-0596 Adapter. (Remove the non-useable end and strip the insulation to install the appropriate connector.)
