The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects the following conditions:360(1)
Engine oil pressure is in the "Low Oil Pressure Region" in Illustration 1 for eight seconds.
The engine has been running for at least ten seconds after the crank cycle has ended.360(2)
Engine oil pressure is in the "Very Low Oil Pressure Region" in Illustration 1 for four seconds.
The engine has been running for at least ten seconds after the crank cycle has ended.

System Response:360(1)The check engine lamp will illuminate while this event code is active. The event code will be logged once the engine oil pressure rises 21 kPa (3 psi) above the "Low Oil Pressure Region" in Illustration 1 for 20 seconds.360(2)The check engine lamp will illuminate while this event code is active. There may be a problem with the engine lubrication system.
