Three water systems are available for the machine: a standard low-pressure water system, an optional high-pressure water system, and an optional water fill system. These systems share a common water tank.The standard water system sprays water at a low pressure on the rotor and first-stage conveyor belt during milling operation. This system cools the rotor cutting bits and minimizes dust while the machine is being operated. The standard system can be expanded with additional spray bars for more coverage of the rotor and conveyor. A hose, reel, and spray nozzle can also be added to the standard water system for machine cleanup.The optional high-pressure water spray system provides high-pressure water for machine cleanup. A hose, reel, and spray nozzle are installed with this system.The optional water fill system is used to fill the water tank from ground level. This high-volume system allows for fast fill times.Each water spray system uses a water pump driven by a hydraulic motor. The auxiliary hydraulic pump provides the oil to operate the motors.
