Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install pressure relief fitting (6) on bracket assembly (1).
Install spacer (13) on the bracket assembly.

Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (16) in hub (8).
Install spacer (15).
Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (14).
Use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (11) in the hub. Lubricate the lip seal with Tooling (B).
Install grease fitting (12).

Position pulley (2) and hub (8) on bracket assembly (1).
Position washer (4) and install bolts (9).
Install plug (10) in adapter (5).
Install O-ring seal (3) in adapter (5).
Align pulley (2) and hub (8) with adapter (5). Install bolts (7).
Lubricate the bearings with Tooling (B).End By:
Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Install".
