This is a typical view of the ROPS for a 24H Motor Grader. A plate is installed on the weld bosses. Use Illustration 1 to position the four 9R-2613 Bosses (1) on the ROPS.
Position two 9R-2613 Bosses (1) 36 3 mm (1.4 .1 inch) from the rear of the ROPS (2). Attach each boss with a 3 mm (.1 inch) weld that is 15 mm (.6 inch) long on each side of the boss. The welds should be parallel to the left and right side of the cab.
Position two 9R-2613 Bosses (1) 796 3 mm (31.3 .1 inch) from the rear of the ROPS (2). Attach each boss with a 3 mm (.1 inch) weld that is 15 mm (.6 inch) long on each side of the boss. The welds should be parallel to the left of the cab and the right side of the cab.
