7G8185 Cover Assembly
(1) Remove 6P3093 Cover Assembly (1) from the transmission. Assemble gears (2) and (3), governor (4), plugs (5) and (6), elbow (7) and the seals from 6P3093 Cover Assembly (1) to the new 7G8185 Cover Assembly and install the cover. Install 7G8186 Manifold and 5D302 Plug; see the topic, 7G8186 Manifold and 5D302 Plug.7G8186 Manifold And 5D302 Plug
(1) Remove cover (1), 5S7808 Manifold (2) and sleeves (3). (2) Install 5D302 Plug (4) in 7G8186 Manifold (5) to the dimension shown. (3) Install sleeves (3) and the seals in 7G8186 Manifold (5) and install the manifold. Install cover (1) and complete the installation. When 7G8186 Manifold and 5D302 Plug are the replacements for 5S7808 Manifold, a new 9P6583 Shaft Assembly must be installed in the old 6P3093 Cover Assembly. (1) Remove 3P5846 Shaft (1) from 6P3093 Cover Assembly (2). (2) Lower the temperature of 9P6583 Shaft (3) to -60° F (-51° C) and install it in cover (2).
