Before assembly, coat all bores for the pins and the sealing lips with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge. After assembly, apply black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to all joints.    
1     1     8T-4133 Nut     Position the nut (1) to the distance of
0.0 to 1.0 mm (0.00 to 0.04 inch) past the end of the bolt. For locking, tighten the nut (1) against the nut (2).

44.936 to 44.975 mm (1.7691 to 1.7707 inch).    
4     As required, use the following shims to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of
0.6 mm (0.02 inch):

0.5 mm (0.02 inch).    
1 176-8465 Shim     Thickness is
1.0 mm (0.04 inch).    
5     1     8T-4244 Nut     Position the nut (5) to the distance of
0.0 to 1.0 mm (0.00 to 0.04 inch) past the end of the bolt. For locking, tighten the nut (5) against the nut (6).

10     2     265-8721 Bushing     Before assembly, all bores must be free from paint and grease. And after assembly, coat all the bores with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.

45.221 0.015 mm (1.7804 0.0006 inch).
Installation depth is
4.5 0.5 mm (0.18 0.02 inch).
