Clean any debris or paint from the threads of the existing blocks welded to stick.
Secure two supports (2) to the existing blocks welded to stick using four bolts (13) and four washers (15).
Secure plate (5) to existing block welded to the stick using two bolts (17) and two washers (12). Refer to Illustration 14.

Tube and Manifold

Assemble adapter (6) and manifold (1) to tube assembly (7) using one O-ring (10) to seal. Refer to Illustration 15.

Secure assembled manifold (1) to support (5) using two bolts (14).
Secure the length of tube assembly (7) to supports (2) using four clips (4), four bolts (13), and four washers (15). Refer to Illustration 16.

Attach hose assembly (8) to tube assembly (7) using one O-ring (10) to seal. Refer to Illustration 17.

Hose assembly to Boom Tube Assembly

Attach hose assembly (8) to medium-pressure boom line (H) using an O-ring (J) to seal. Refer to Illustration 18.
Repeat step 1 through step 8 for the medium-pressure stick line on the left-hand side.
Tighten all hardware and fittings to proper torque unless otherwise specified. Refer to Specifications, SENR3130, "Torque Specifications".

If fluid is injected into your skin, it must be treated by a doctor familiar with this type of injury immediately.
Inspect the fittings for hydraulic leaks.
