Attach a suitable lifting device (21) to the cab. Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Position the cab so that the bottom of the cab is 12.7 mm (.50 inch) above the operator platform surface. The weight of the cab is 946 kg (2086 lb).

Hand tighten four cab mounting bolts (8), rubber mountings (26), and washers (27) in order to align the cab with the operator platform surface. Lower the cab onto the operator platform surface after the bolts are hand tightened.

Install pins (20) to the rear of the machine. Align the hole in the tab on pin (20) with holes for bolts (19) .

Install bolts (19) that secure pins (20) to the cab mounting.

Install plastic caps (18) to the cab.

Install bolts (9), rubber mountings (28), washers (29), washers (30), and nuts (31) to the front of the cab.

Connect two air tubes (16) to the cab. Use teflon tape in order to seal the fittings.
Connect six wiring harnesses (17) to the original locations.

Position ground cable (15) and install nut (14) and the washer.

While the wiring harness is in place, install plastic cover (12) to the front of the cab.
Install bolts (13) and the washers that secure cover (12) to the cab.

Install windshield wipers (10). Secure windshield wipers (10) with nut (11) and the cover.

Position linkage covers (6) to the floor frame.
Install bolts (7) that hold covers (6) in place.

Install floormats (5) .
Position linkage covers (2) to the floor frame. Install bolts (1) that hold the covers in place.
Position door kick plates (4) to the floor frame. Install bolts (3) that hold door kick plates (4) in place.End By: Reconnect the positive battery cable.
